GOLF BREATHABLE FABRIC
This fabric features a unique jacquard design with a honeycomb pattern. It is breathable and has excellent moisture-wicking properties, making it ideal for sportswear and golf garments. Interlock fabric is created by interlocking yarns in a series of loops rather than weaving them together, which adds stretch and flexibility to the fabric.
We first purchase nylon and spandex yarn, then use a circular knitting machine to weave the fabric. After weaving, the fabric is sent to the dyeing factory for coloring, followed by finishing, inspection, packaging, and shipping. The process is illustrated below.
