Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: Usually 1000 meters per color, but we can accept smaller orders. Discounts are available for orders larger than 6,000 meters, and the best pricing is offered for orders above 10,000 meters.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It depends on the total order quantity. We will inform you of the delivery time based on the contract terms.
Q: Do you provide samples? Are they free? How do you send samples?
A: Yes, we can offer A4-sized samples for free, but the freight cost is not included. Samples are sent via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or SF.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For orders under $1,000 USD, full payment is required in advance. For orders over $1,000 USD, a 30% T/T deposit is required in advance, with the balance due before shipment.
