Q: What is your minimum quantity?
A: Usually, it's 1000m per color, but we can accept orders smaller than 1000m. Discounts are available for orders larger than 6,000 meters, and the best price for orders above 10,000 meters.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It depends on the total quantity of the order. We will inform you of the time according to the contract terms.
Q: Do you provide samples? Are they free? How do you send them?
A: Yes, we offer A4-sized samples for free, but the freight cost is not included. Samples can be sent by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or SF.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: For payments under $1000 USD, full payment is required in advance. For payments over $1000 USD, a 30% T/T deposit is required in advance, with the balance before shipment.
Q: Does this fabric have any additional functions?
A: In addition to the properties of the yarn, we can add additives to achieve quick-drying, cooling, antibacterial, UV resistance, and other performance features.
Q: How do you deal with quality problems after we receive the products?
A: Take photos of the problem and send them to us. After confirmation, we will provide a satisfactory solution within three days.
