The strength of spandex is 2-3 times higher than that of latex silk, its elasticity can stretch 5-8 times the space, the fiber density is also very fine, resistant to chemical degradation, so spandex is the main material of swimsuit, sportswear, tight, elastic pants, etc., made of clothes will not have a strong sense of pressure, and can quickly return to its original shape after stretching.

Stretch is considered to be one of the most important elements when choosing sportswear. Tissue is a key factor affecting elasticity, and spandex content is another important factor because spandex has perfect elastic properties. Sportswear fabrics typically contain 2% to 30% spandex, and higher levels will definitely give the fabric a better stretch. In addition, additives such as softener and silicone oil added during the post-finishing process also help to produce good elasticity.
